Terms & Conditions – 2026

We appreciate your prompt payment and value your business.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for Home Staging/Organizing/Unpacking Service is due on or before the due date and time indicated on the invoice.

  • Payment for Pet/Home Sitting Service and Transportation Service (single appointment dates) is due at the time the service is scheduled in order to reserve and confirm your appointment.

  • Payment for recurring monthly Transportation Service is due in full on the last day of each month to maintain and confirm your reservation schedule.

Fees & Policies

  • A 4% administration fee will be added to all credit/debit card payments processed through QuickBooks invoices.
    No service fee applies to payments made via Venmo or cash or check.

  • A $45 late payment fee will be charged if payment is not made at the date and time of service. Service will not be performed until payment is received. A second occurrence will result in immediate and indefinite termination of services.

  • A $45 scheduling change fee will apply to any appointment changes made after 5:00 PM MST on the Friday prior to the scheduled week of service.

  • The full service rate will be charged for:
    -Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice 

      -Lockouts or inability to access the property at the scheduled appointment time

      -A second occurrence will result in the full service rate being charged and indefinite              termination of services.

  • A $45 returned payment fee will apply to all returned or declined payments.
